WIP of my Churchill Portrait in acrylics...
I have been listening to RAF Marching band music all afternoon and was able to work on completing most of this epic portrait! I finally finished most of the background flag (I think - check tomorrow when completely dry) and was able to get the hands and handkerchief all sorted. Never in the the creation of this wee painting has so much been owed to so much music! I am sitting here with Mr Churchill staring back at me (633 Squadron playing in the background) and boy! do I feel so proud at this moment! Just love this guy. Just wish my dad was here to see this, he would of loved this.
